Shipping

In-stock items and many special order items ordered before 4:30 PM EST ship the same business day. Lead times are based upon the availability of materials and production capacity.

Our standard delivery method is USPS or UPS ground. UPS Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. We also ship FedEx upon request.

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order.

International Shipment Policy

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The recipient will be responsible for all costs, including return shipping, for refusing delivery or otherwise returning a package without getting RMA approval per our RMA and Returns Policy.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all our products within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Certain promotional trials may have longer return limits if specified on the order. Within 30 days, you may return any product in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. All returns and refunds are less the shipping charges.

We will pay replacement ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. if the return or exchange is a result of our error. If the return is an exchange as a result of product failure that occurred within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product, we will also pay return and replacement ground shipping.

Warranty Handling

kuando products are known for their reliability and are very easy to maintain - but all products occasionally require some attention. We will provide a replacement product out of our inventory for any kuando product that fails within the first 30 days of the sale. If your Busylight needs repairing after the first 30 days of the official kuando warranty period, simply return it to us. In both situations, please contact us with details about the failure and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping it to us. 

At busylight.com we realize that customer satisfaction depends on how the product works out of the box and how well it performs over time.

We are so confident in the quality and reliability of kuando products that we will process all warranty-related matters for 1 year.

After the kuando warranty is up, we will still gladly assist you to our best ability. If your Busylight is out of warranty, we offer a highly cost-effective way to get your Busylight back in pristine condition. Simply return the Busylight to us and for a flat fee, we will send you a factory reconditioned replacement Busylight within 48 hours of receipt . Returns should include an RMA number (obtained by calling +1-561-953-1866 or emailing our sales department at contact@busylight.com), a note describing the issue or defect, and a copy of the packing slip or invoice in order to ensure proper processing.

Payment

We accept American Express, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB.

Please contact us if you want to pay by Wire Transfer instead of paying via credit card.

Tax

Various states/countries may require us to collect sales tax. Based on each state's / countries’ tax laws, your order may or may not be taxable.

All goods are shipped from our mail warehouse in Denmark and shipping charges are fixed based on delivery country within the EU.

Busylight.com only allows orders to EU countries, UK and the US.
